The milk from our goats is handled with care and makes our variety of Aged and Fresh Cheeses. Our Artizanal raw milk Tomme, Havarti, Guda and Manchego cheeses are aged in special temperature controlled areas for at least 60 days prior to cutting and packaging for sale. Beginning in March of 2019 we are able to offer fresh cheeses made from pasteurized goat and cows milk. Chevre and Fetta cheeses made from pasteurized goat milk while Camembert and Mozzerella are our first offerings of fresh cow's milk cheeses.
We sell our cheese here on the farm and at farmer's markets in the area. We will soon be offering it on this website as well.
